Reflections in flat areas of water in the Alhambra.

There are a lot of flat areas of water in the Alhambra. The differing light conditions and the movement of air provide many ways for the light to reflect. At times of stillness the water acts as a mirror. When the air is more turbulent the reflection has a more diffuse and shimmering effect.
