El Niño de las Pinturas (1)

El Niño de las Pinturas (the boy of the paintings) is a graffiti artist from Granada whose work appears all over the city especially in the Barrio Realejo. He is very highly talented and as well as Granada he has painted in the USA in San Francisco, Santa Fe and NYC and also in many other countries such as  Argentina, Venezuela, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Morocco, Germany, Hungary, Belgium and France. Although he is very talented his painting have led him into disputes with the local council. In one case he was forced to paint over with white paint a painting he had done even though he had the permission of the owner of the wall. It is a great pity that the local council cannot differentiate between the ugly tagging grafitti which appears all over Granada and the works of art done by El Niño de las Pinturas.
